idle surging and stalling help

hello, could i get some help by looking into our idle logs. were having an issue with surging and stalling which make the car a pain to drive Once off idle the car runs and drives great, cold starts great and idles fine until hot and will sometime idle but not consistantly.. It starts great both cold and hot and compression numbers are great. this is a doner engine we installed this year. we found and fixed any intake and exhaust leaks and swapped with other spares parts the maf, throttle body, ess, i did get a new o2 but havent tried that yet but looking at this log the afr is all over the place when the tps is released( it does show tiny bumps like it opens a little) goes hard lean then full rich ect. i also noticed its going from open to closed loop during this as well. the original engine had one dead rotor, and half compression and when we did get it to run it idled fine so this has me stumped. this car does have a midpipe(unknown brand) catback and exhaust(unknown) Aem intake and thats about it. does it both stock and any tune that weve used.
Did have a nonworking neutral safety sw we changed with no improvement but havent tried the clutch sw yet. Aswell as the ecu trim rests ect. any help or ides would be greatly appreciated.

also forgot to mention that when we unplugged the maf it idles great and stable. not sure if that info can help

please disregard. I found the problem. we had the two middle yellow injector wires plugged into the red ones and those plugs back on the the wrong injectors once swapped around and reassembled its perfect now.
