Due to issues with the Decel Fuel Cut table, I haven't been able to produce such a thing yet.

Full snap, crackle and pops on decel is easy but without the ability to modify the stock fuel cut on decel, you can only play in the low engine load areas.

Can you elaborate a bit? What can we do in which table(s) to achieve this? Also, is VersaTune working on giving us a fuel sustain on deceleration option?

Thanks

Yes, we are working on that. Crackles and pops will come to RX-8, too.

I’m really happy with my current tune at the moment, though I need some snap, crackle, pop Kellogg’s Rice Krispies on the end there! Haha :burnrubber

Load column = 0.125
-20 across the full rpm range

Trailing timing 1 table:
Load column = 0.125
-25 across the full rpm range

You'll still have to play with the throttle when in gear decelerating to hit that engine load range though.

Has anyone actually ran that tune with the -25 degrees of ignition timing, if so how "safe" is it for a rotary and do you have a video of it in action. I'm pretty new to tuning but I've played around enough to get an idea of safe parameters, -25 degrees of ignition timing seems super excessive to me.
