Help with understanding whats going on with my idle.

Hi All
Sorry you probably fed up of beginner tuners like my self asking for help but i need help.
I done some changes to my idle speeds just increasing them slightly and tested it started to increase rpm and decrease rpm as soon as i left off the pedal but the fault does not clear by itself.
I've attached the Data Log file for anyone to look at and see if they can see if its my fault or the cars.
