Short term fuel trim (secondary sensor) (%)

What is this measurement mean?
I am catless if this is the CAT o2 sensor then I should have no reading
Any advice?

That sensor will still read if it's there. Ideally you should disconnect it and deactivate the related PIDs because in certain conditions in closed loop (especially at or around idle) the ECU logic will try to use the data from that sensor and adjust things which do not apply any more.
