Low Load Fuel Trim Adjustment

Hello all,

do any of you know of a way to adjust my fuel trim at low loads between 0.09 and 0.15? i'm currently playing around with a pop/flame tune idea, and i've already done the timing retard so i'm getting pops, however since i cant seem to get any fire from the rear. anybody have any tips for getting around this issue?
