Anyone knows why desired lambda is always 1 in the logs?

It's not a Versatuner issue. I've seen this with OEM scan tools. You can try playing with some of the closed loop/open loop settings to get the car in open loop all the time and see if that changes things. Otherwise you wont be able to do your calculations in megalog viewer. You'll have to do it manually in an excell spread sheet.
