Versa tune on dyno

Hello,
I couldn't find any topic about this.
I am going for a dyno tune.I have VT pro, but I am not sure about one thing.
Each time I flash my ecu there is a break in period where ECU has to relearn its cycles.
How does it affect the tunign on dyno. I don't think it's feasible after every change to go for a drive...
And it loses purpose buying the VT pro if I can't reflash and dyno test it once again.

For one single car I think you could get away with the versatuner full.
As for the ECU relearning stuff, usually it's mostly throttle and fuel trims stuff. If you get those right from a calibration stand-point these dead times will be significantly less. On my 2.3DISI-T tunes there's hardly any ECU adaptation time needed, sometimes you only need like 2 minutes of idling and then half of a full pull and that's all.
