Understanding what Load Targeting does

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone had figured out what the Load Targeting tables do on these cars? I have played around with them but haven't noticed any difference in how the car drives. Are they calculations for the ECU or are they limits and the ECU will reduce power if the Torque? Although, that doesn't make sense because there is also negative values. There is nothing written in the 'Table Information' section, so it seems to be a grey area on these ECUs. If anyone knows anything about what these tables do, any information would be appreciated.
