For now I've contacted Bosch to indicate the part# of the connector (if exists) similar with the one in the stock MAP sensor.

It is not a Bosch connector. It is some Japanese OEM connector. I tried with no success to find a source for it. I was faced with the option of making a mold of the sensor and producing them. I needed to buy 10,000 pieces for them to justify the mold costs. I could not possibly see a ROI, so I declined.

If you can come up with a source for that connector, the Mazdaspeed world would be happy.

Ok, looks like I will not, but I've got another solution that I need to test. I'll put some connector pins on those pigtail wires and insert the pins into the current connector instead of cutting it out.

I will do everything that I can to NOT cut that OEM connector :)

Unfortunately it's totally different.

Slimy old 2.5 BAR Bosch/Mazda TMAP on Left. New 3.0 BAR Bosch/GM TMAP on Right.

I'm using 65.7777 as the first multiplier as well. I don't know where that 279 came from but it is not correct.

Another thing to note is that the bosch pigtail comes numbered 1,2,3,4 for the pins just like the stock connector, but you do not wire them up that way. It should be reversed. 4 to 1, 3 to 2, 2 to 3, 1 to 4. I did it the 1 to 1 way first and thats a definite fail...

Thanks for the replies. This was easier than I thought it would be don't let the splicing scare you off!

The 1-4 vs 4-1 pinout is probably a matter of viewing perspective. I did mine one wire at a time and faced the connectors in the same direction.

That is kind of ok. Go to weather.com or some similar site and see what is the barometric pressure in your area. In my case it's around 14.5-14.7PSI, but I'm very little above the sea level.
