WGDC maxing at 50%

I am running a tune based off the 93oct high load one and I can't seem to build boost past about 16psi in my 3rd and 4th gear pulls

In my logs my wgdc never goes above 50% and as soon as my loads get right around 2.2 it totally drops off. I have the absolute load limits set to 3 everywhere and my load targets are around 2.5. I've played around with BCS DC a little but it seems to have no effect. I can't figure out what I'm missing.

This my list of mods:
Custom 3" SRI | Custom 4" TIP | GT3071 IWG | Custom FMIC 2.5" piping 21"x9"x3" core | Grimmspeed EBCS | Turbosmart Dual Port BOV | Ported Stock IM | Thermal Insulating IM gaskets | 3" catless downpipe | Denso ITV22s | TB Coolant Bypass | RMM upgrade | EGR/VCTS/Balance Shaft Delete | Autotech HPFP Internals | Bosch 3 Bar MAP | E85 for fuel

Can anyone give me any ideas on what I might have missed? I've already checked for boost leaks as well.

Post your tune so that we can take a look.
With a GTX3071 I'm commanding 100%wgdc up to 3000rpm as it never spools sooner than like 3700rpm anyway.

Well hopefully that isn't too ugly.

Please post a WOT log with Load, RPM, Relative Throttle Position, BCS DC, Fuel pressure, and Injection Pulsewidth.

What is the ambient barometer where you are? Are you at a high altitude?

Modify Requested Load Limits Baro Specific table You are most likely being limited by that.

We are right at 14.1 to 14.2 barometric pressure here. I'll go get a log with those parameters!

You seem to hit and hold load 2.2 from 4400rpm and until you stop accelerating. Your MAF cal is a bit off (5-6% leaner, it will take a few WOT pulls before the ECU will learn that) but apart from that everything looks good. Rev it more.

However, if you're targeting load 2.5 and hitting only 2.2 you may need to close the wastegate a bit more (up the WGDC values in the BCS base table, go with small steps, max 5% at a time). Assuming that you've set the injector duty cycle limit to at least 90% (ideally set it to 100% with those 340+g/s) only traction may become an issue (which in 4th isn't really).

Thanks for the pointers, I'll also up the injector duty cycle limit. I had already put the wgdcs up 5%, glad to hear I was heading down the right path. Just gotta get on the road and do a pull. Its 5pm here right now so I'll wait til tonight after traffic dies down.

it totally was that Requested Load Limits Baro Specific table that was stopping me from moving forward.
Now I'm nervous about my fueling though. At the end of my pull the fuel rail pressure dropped way down to the 1300psi range. See attached log.
It clearly needs some work but at least I know that I was missing a table.

Stratified needs a call from me I think. :beertoast

Load > 2 requires HPFP internals. Load > 3 requires BIG HPFP internals.

Lol what are big hpfp internals? I guess I've seen that ptp has something they called a stage 2 pump... I had no idea that I was near thatpoint. That sucks cuz I bought my internals like 2 months ago! Apparently I need to start saving my pennies, that pump was like $750
