Hi guys,

What is the highest load one can command from the stock motor? Like the mods I have on my cab atm. See my sig. I haven't upgraded any internals of the motor.

I target a max of 2.45 loads on stock internals.

I have targeted as high as 3.4, but I have Carrillo rods, CP pistons, ARP fasteners, a Cometic head gasket, and a 3.5 BAR MAP.

It really comes down to the mechanical strength and knock resistance of your setup.

how much is the charge pressure at 3.4 load ?

Martin, don't go past 2.1, maybe 2.2. 3.4 load is probably around 30-32psi, depending on the RPM we're referring to, additional fueling (meth, E85 percentage mix, and so on).

If I recall, I was hitting 330-340 MAP at around 3500 - 4000 RPM to hit those load numbers. There's no way to hit those loads at higher rpms with stock injectors.
