MAF CAL creating high load values

Hey everyone, hoping to have some light shed on my situation:
Trying to get the MAF CAL right on a 3.5 inch housing is creating an issue,
To get the STFT and LTFT values to be close to 0, the g/s and load values are going out the door (over 2.6 load, and over 350g/s at 16psi)
This is a stock KO4, downpipe, 3.5 inch intake and a fmic.
When the load values are more realistic (2.2, 280g/s @18psi) the STFT is around 25-30%
Ive done a boost leak test and all is ok.
Can anyone shed any light on what might be the issue here?

Do you have an air straightener for that big of an intake? If not, get some honeycomb to put in there from Treadstone, should help.
