That intake is not stock (air filter and MAF housing) but the size of the MAF housing looks stock or smaller even.

Would you recommend upgrading if so what to?

I definitely recommend upgrading or at least using a pre-filter. It looks pretty damp under the hood on your car, not sure what's going on, but with a cone/open filter setup and so much moist in there it's definitely not good. You can look at pretty much any intake which for you have an intake box as an option (Cobb and CorkSport at least).
If you want more power from your car you need to set some goals and based on that I can give you better guidance in therms of what parts you should look into acquiring next.

Would like to get to 400bhp as a long term goal

Ok, then start with a better TMIC, a better turbo (BNR S3 at least or S4, CorkSport CST4, or the king of them all GTX2867R gen2), a better flowing intake (the one you have now will get you to 320-ish bhp max), a 3" downpipe (ideally catted), a 3" test pipe, and of course fuel pump internals.
