Hi guys,
Perhaps someone can help me diagnose a KR issue we have been facing.
Some background on the car:
Molnar Rods
Wiseco 87.5mm pistons
Sleeved block
We just recently started tuning her and are seeing this issue.. As soon as the KR gets too wild, I have instructed the guy to back off.
Here are the logs:
With WMI(direct port injection, D02 nozzles, 50/50 mix)
http://datazap.me/u/scarlett007/alan-wmi-0?log=0&data=6
No WMI

Thanks in advance

Can you also post the tune?
As far as I can tell the KR is not real, but may be the result of some sort of limitation you hit (load, boost, overload spark retard, throttle reduction boost protection. Every time you see that KR the load goes above 2.4 with WMI or without. You don't seem to have this problem when load is below 2.4. Post your tune and maybe we'll be able to tell more.

You are running 25psi on pump gas......it's going to knock also i would skip 50/50 and go straight to 100% meth.

With the gas we have in Europe 25-26PSI on pump gas is at about the edge of knock (also depending on what timing you're running). But South Africa doesn't have high quality gas and it's also a bit hotter, so indeed meth will help a lot (50/50 should be perfectly fine for 25PSI on 91OCT/95RON gas and like 14 maybe 15 degrees of timing around red line).

Did you find anything that worth mentioning? Are you going to rebuild it? What's the plan?

I will report my findings ASAP, dis-assembly of the motor planned for tomorrow. Sad to have to pull a newly built motor
On a side note, the motor sounds fine. No audible KR or any funny business. And doesn't sound like a bearing, but lets see.
