Versatune Install - ECU Locked Error

Hey guys,

I've just bought the software for my 6 MPS a couple days ago. Trying to install this on my ECU now and it's telling me that the ECU is locked out due to another tune?

I've been in contact with the previous owners and they all promise me they've not done anything to it tunewise. Is there anything you can do to help?

I found the access.exe thing on the forums. Gives me this response...

The ECU certainly has a non-factory tune on it. There are several options, we responded to you by email.
