Hi Guys,

I am new to versatune, downloaded a few days back. When i want to install, i get the following error:

Negative response ServiceNotSupportedInActiveSession received when using service 36.

What error is this? What can i do to flash my car? after several tries a can re-flash the back up file. It will stop in the beginning or near 80% always pauses for a second at 9.7% then continues, but almost never completes the tune, getting that error every time. I had to try the back up flash almost 6 times.
