Engine swap

I have an 07 Mazdaspeed 6 and the engine went. I own versatuner but now that I have a different engine going in from a mazdaspeed 3 is this going to affect my ability to use versatuner. Or will I just not be able to use the off the shelf maps. Any help would be great thank you.

It depends on how much you replace. If it's just the block/head, and you keep your old ECU, you will be able to use VersaTuner just like before. Mazdaspeed 6 and Mazdaspeed 3 engines are mechanically identical.
Things will be more complicated if you decide to replace the ECU.
