Since the Versatuner is licensed per VIN probably there are many of us using it on several PC's/laptops. However, the initial car programming was done with only one of them so I was wondering what is the information I need to copy over to my backup desktop or secondary laptop to have that information available any time and backed up in case I'm on the wrong side of the fan when poop noodles start hitting it.

It depends on what OS you are using.
I have VT installed on three laptops. Two run Win7 and one XP. VT runs perfectly on all platforms. There is a directory named VersaTune and it can be found somewhere under the logged in Username's directory, in a hidden folder dependant on OS. Just copy (overwrite) this whole directory to the new laptop after having installed VT. Everything is stored in that directory. All logs, tunes, stock backup etc......
