This is a new platform code that we have not seen before. It is difficult to know every platform code used globally. We are working to add support for this platform code. It should be ready in the next few days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Just tried download my new VersaTuner software to my CX7 and I got the same unsupported error and it failed.
US California CX7 2.3 MZR Turbo 2007. AWD...
I your cable but I am running Windows 8.1 on my laptop. Green light flashing on cable.

It's a ROM version that we have not seen before. We will add support for it quickly and send you a new download link. What code did it show in the error message?
