Vehicle Interface Error

When trying to download the Versatuner onto the vehicle ECU, I get an error saying that the vehicle interface cannot be reflashed. The program says on the main screen menu that the ECU is flashable however, and it has ID'ed the car just fine.. Has anyone else had this error or know of what could be causing it? Thanks!
