Does it show any errors? Is the ignition turned on?

Well that could be either a driver issue with the cable or a physical issue with your OBD-II port. Try using a different computer and spray some contact cleaner on the OBD-II port.

Tried again this morning, plugged it in and out a number of times and it worked. It might just be my crappy laptop having a wobble. Thanks for your replies, appreciate it.

Please email us at [email protected] so that we can open a ticket and provide the following information:
1. What cable are you using?
2. Is it selected in VersaTuner settings, under "Vehicle interface"? (Attach screenshot)
3. What error messages are you getting when trying to identify the vehicle? (Attach screenshots)
