ERROR: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

I did some logs for my tuner today, and upon attempting to review the logs in order to export and send back to them, I get the following exception error:
I can't open any of my logs, some of which I had done for myself previously and reviewed just fine. I have tried updating the Versatune version to 21.2.4.0, but was on 21.1.2.53 or something before this.
Any idea what's going on?
