Please open VersaTuner settings, expand "Advanced settings" and mark the checkbox "Log communications with the car".
Then reproduce the issue. Open VersaTuner settings again, click "Open VersaTuner Data Folder..." and email the contents of the "Logs" folder to
[email protected]
