Regarding the other error, what vehicle interface (cable/adapter) are you using?

Dear admin, I have two cables one ELM327 bluetooth and the other KKLVGA-COM

If you are planning to purchase a paid version of VersaTuner we recommend that you get one of the recommended cables: OBDLink SX or Tactrix OpenPort 2.0
ELM327 adapters are slow, unreliable and cannot be used to reflash the ECU.
