Issues with visualizer rendering

Hi, I just bought the versatune software and I noticed that the 3d visualizer isn't rendering properly.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have an acer nitro 5 2022 laptop with the rtx 3050 gpu

This looks like a driver or DirectX issue.
I'd start with making sure that the latest version of DirectX and Nvidia graphics drivers is installed.

I just tried reinstalling the latest versions on both and it's still doing the same thing. I haven't had any problems with any other directx application or game so I honestly don't know what it could be.
