Each time I try and put a different tune on it says the ECU is corrupt and it will have to be flashed back to stock
and that I'll have to re-install versatune on the car again .....which I've done twice now
I went from 150 stock to 175 then tried the 192 but on trying to flash the 192 from the 175 I had to go through the return to stock
then when I wanted to go back to 175 it came up with the corrupted ECU/flash, so now it's back to stock and versatuner isn't on my car at all.
it's a tad frustrating having to revert back to stock then put versatune on again to flash a different tune, I'm worried one day it simply won't be able to go back to stock and I'll be stuck with a scrambled ECU.
I'm using a genuine OBDLINK SX cable

Issues like these are usually related to a cable or communications issue.
1. Install these drivers: https://ftdichip.com/wp-content/uploads ... _Setup.zip
2. Make sure the cable is connected directly to a USB port and not through a hub or dongle.
3. Make sure there are no other 3rd party devices connected to the CAN bus of the vehicle (gauges, loggers, modules that control radio/DRL/sunroof, alarms, etc.)
4. If that does not help, try a different computer.
5. If you are still getting these issues even on a different computer, replace the cable.
