OBD interface problem

Good morning,
I acquired a mazda Rx8 with the versatuner license from the previous owner I have a problem because my elm327 or my KKL does not work with it, I have however installed all the drivers my versatuner does not detect if you have a solution Thank you in advance for your answers

ELM327 and KKL cannot be used to reflash a vehicle with VersaTuner. You need to get a compatible vehicle interface.
Available options are:
- OBDLink SX (most popular), EX, LX or MX
- any vehicle interface that implements the J2534 PassThru standard (Tactrix OpenPort 2.0, Mongoose Pro, VCM, etc.)

It did not work for us at all when we bought one for testing. It did work for some of our customers.
