hello i have been at this for quiet some time and need help finding the right drivers versa tune says i need opus ivs and when i try to use it it fails constantly everything is up to date and i have every single driver and software installed but my laptop cannot recognize it. i think its the wire because i recieved a tactrix inc. openport2.0 rev e wire and am having no luck. i also have all the drivers for this obd as well and all updated. any suggestions will help please and thank you.
What vehicle interface do you have? Can you post a photo?
