Vehicle Interface won’t find my USB cable

Vehicle Interface won’t find my USB cable
When I click Identify my car nothing shows up, I am plugged in as a light on the cord is glowing and I have downloaded the latest drivers but I still don’t have anything coming up.

What adapter cable are you using? Did you install the drivers for that adapter?

I am using the OBDLink SX and I have downloaded the latest version 5.10.1 FIRMWARE UPDATE FOR OBDLINK SX.

After I’ve downloaded the latest version and I go to STN Firmware Updater and click search for device as instructed it closes the application.
