E-85 Skyactiv 2.0 tune ND1
E-85 Skyactiv 2.0 tune ND1
Just wondering if there will be future support for E-85 tune.
Re: E-85 Skyactiv 2.0 tune ND1
Well you can definitely alter the timing and fuelling tables to get more performance from E85.
However, because the NDs are NA you only need E20 maybe E30 to get the full potential of these engines on fuels blended with ethanol.

Re: E-85 Skyactiv 2.0 tune ND1
Thank you for the info.
Obviously, I do not have the knowledge or capabilities to alter fuel and timing trim.
Is it possible to have an E-20 or E-30 tune available for download for our cars?
If you do, I knew a few prospective VersaTuner buyers posted at Miata.net forum.

Re: E-85 Skyactiv 2.0 tune ND1
Hey mituc,
Thank you for offering the tune.
Bryan (Fab9tuning) has been working on E-85 tune as well.
There are not very many gasoline stations near me that has E-85 so I may need to stick to 93 Octane tune for now.
Hope to revisit this thread for updates in the near future.
