Interface Not Connected

Post by zaclaw »

Running up-to-date Windows 10 via Boot Camp on a MacBook Pro. Using VersaLink MongoosePro ISO/CAN2. When attempting to connect to vehicle, no software will recognize that the device is plugged in. The green indicator light on the OBD2 end is flashing fast like normal. In the MongoosePro Configurator application from Drew Technologies, device is not present there either. I've tried to reinstall the drivers and reactivate device to no avail. Applications just do not recognize that it is plugged in. Windows shows the device as "USB Serial Device (COM3)". Please advise.
