unable to connect to car (2017 ND)
must be something simple that I'm missing but I've now spent a total of 10hrs just trying to get versatune to recognize my car and vice versa....very frustrating to say the least....any help greatly appreciated.

That adapter are you using? What adapter did you select from the versatuner settings?
