Anyone work through rescaling MAF calibration tables to correct a p0101? I installed the Bosch 68mm throttle body and am using the crackle pop tune. Car doesn't seem to really care about the code.
I have reflashed the tune disabling the DTC for this code to collect data and started to attempt a rescale on the MAF sensor calibration tables but can't seem to get it to a point where the code stays off.

Posting your tune and some logs would be helpful

Here is a driving log and the tune file that is on the car. Sorry for such a late response and thanks for taking a look.

Re: P0101 after larger throttle body install
The first two logs were damaged in transfer.
The 3rd log only has the long term fuel trims, but we can see that it only goes from 2.3 to 4.7% so the deviation is well within limits.
Changing the throttle body will have no effect on the MAF calibration. Also, P0101 usually pops up when the MAF voltage exceeds the voltage limit, usually 4.92V, which usually means a short in the wiring. So clean the MAF connectors, you should be fine after that.

Logs 2 and 3 are missing the headers. The first log has short term and long term fuel trims from what I see... You can remove Desired EQ/AFR. The pid doesn't work for some reason. I've run across that on NC's before.liltoaster91 wrote: ↑June 18th, 2026, 7:07 pm Here is a driving log and the tune file that is on the car. Your MAF voltage looks with in range. There is MAF flow delta adjustments. I suspect this plays into a minimum expected calculated airflow spec at idle and it'll be based off the throttle body position. I'll need to see the the throttle body position data. If you can also include DTC info so that I can see when the code triggers.
I haven't run across this code much on Mazdas but on other platforms I used to see it quite a bit.
You need to log, RPM, Absolute load, short term and long term fuel trims, AFR (or EQ ratio), Throttle position, APP, MAP, mass airflow, mass air flow voltage and check engine light/DTC indicator if possible.
Drive it just like you did with log one where you record from start to finish with a couple WOT, some idle and varying light/mid throttle driving.

Those logs were split from one large one headers should all be the same and line up. This log was taken with the DTC disabled. I can get another log with the light on and dump one here as well if that would help. I agree the throttle body shouldnt have really impacts the MAF

If the dtc or mil light pid can't be included in your data log (you should be starting with it off and you want it to turn on during the log) then we need to see the free frame data you can get when the code sets. This will narrow down if the code is happening during idle, or some where else.liltoaster91 wrote: ↑June 21st, 2026, 10:40 am Those logs were split from one large one headers should all be the same and line up. I don't use Versatuner to data log. so I don't remember all the pids available.
