modifying the load tables

I have no clear concept of load. If you increase the values ​​of "Requested App load" and tables of each gear, what consequences will I get?

The ECU uses the lowest value of APP requested load, per gear requested load limit,baro load limit, rpm load limit, and overall load limit.
