Oem ring gap is to tight for forced induction. There's a lot of generic information on line about ring gap settings for boosted applications. Lots of information and videos on how to set ring gaps.
Your issue isn't the motor or what boost level to run it at. It's the transmission. There's no off the shelf tuning solution to help make that auto transmission survive.
Help me understand the capabilities of the stock 2.5L engine.
