2016 Miata tune frozen in "preparing your car for use" stage

"Prepare for install" and "Backup stock tune" are both complete but as the title says its stuck in the "preparing your car for use" stage. I dont want to force quit Versatune but thats my only option at this point. Its been stuck here for ~30 minutes. Please help!

Update!

Issue is resolved. Not sure why it froze but once I force quit Versatune and started over it worked correctly. Car wouldnt start because the battery died, apparently from me working on it with the ignition on/not running for about 2 hours.

Well, low battery was your issue. I think it says there somewhere to make sure you have a good charged battery, and turn off radio, ventilation, and so on.
