Can anyone help me make a tune/edit my tune to get pops on upshifting only no decel pops?

I do not think so. We do not have full control over the fueling in those situations and we're basically tricking the ECU inject more fuel, and the pops implemented in these tunes basically rely on that residual fuel.
For upshift pops I believe you can get a N2MB WOT box.
