Can't clear DTC's using OBDLink SX cable

Hi I just bought my 2004 RX-8 and had an OBDLink SX cable left over from my Saab so i decided to give VersaTuner free a whirl and I found 3 DTC's (but I have no CEL) so I decided I'd clear them and this is the message I get.

To the best of my knowledge I have downloaded all appropriate drivers and firmware and the light on the cable is yellow when not connected and green when connected.

Any ideas from the support team?

Did you update the firmware on your OBDLink SX to the 4.5.0 beta?
You can download it from this page: https://www.versatuner.com/licenses

If it's not updated, it will work in limited functionality mode.

This is the error I'm incurring while trying to update, I've power cycled, tried different USB ports and 2 different computers. Perhaps it's it's a settings problem?

Try using the last COM port in the list and these baud rates:
115200 or
500000
