Problem installing Versatuner on RX8

I am trying to install versatuner on mi RX8 but when I am on the installation wizard I have this message:
• Negative response InvalidKey received when using service 27

What I have to do to be able to install it?

Platform: Gen1 Mazda RX-8
ECU calibration: N3J1EM00013H6060

You get this error because the ECU is locked by the previous tune. We have responded to you via email to further resolve this issue.
