Hi All,
Come across the attached error today when trying to use my Mongoose Pro ISO/CAN2 in Versatuner.
Nothing has changed as far as I am aware on my laptop, it just stopped working.
Tried downloading the latest drivers and re-installing. Now the Drew software will crash when it tries to activate the device.
Also made sure Versatuner is up-to-date for good measure, restarted my machine, tried different USB ports too.
I have used this Mongoose before on this computer, so it should already be activated.
Can anyone help at all?

Try uninstalling everything Drewtech-related from your computer. Then only install the necessary drivers. Do not try activating the cable because that can only be done once.

Hey Ugnius.
So figured out the issue. My Laptop hard drive was failing. I checked the event log the day after posting this and there were loads of Disk errors in the System Log.
I have purchased a new laptop, reinstalled everything and all is fine now.
I guess the disk errors were corrupting driver files somewhere down the line.
