Pull is around 211 sec.

I see there a (small) boost spike to 1,5 bar. How to iron that out, change something in DBW Throttle tables or BCS tables?
I would also like to add fuel a bit, should I modify Open loop WOT AFR tables or change MAF calibration? I know I have a HPFP issue...
You can reduce the app req load table or gear req loads in the area you're seeing the spike, if you are running an aftermarket intake you should already have done a maf calibration. Alway use open Wot Afr table to change fuelling. But if you haven't done a maf cal, your afr's could be quite a distance off what you are commanding.

SORRY there was a wrong log file... now there's the right one in original post a couple of posts up. Pull at about 210s, in 3rd. Virtual dyno shows 337 hp and 364 lbft. Highhest that I have recorded!

Steve, temperature was around 8 degrees C and that previous log spike at 541s was probably on 4th gear. I can send that log to you if you want but as said, it was a wrong one.

Thank you for feedback, I'll log fuel trims and see if a MAF cal is needed. Might well be as I have a Cobb SRI + TIP. Other power mods are ETS TMIC and a test pipe, no meth, stock turbo.

Nice figures, was that with the stock high load map?

MAP is high because the MAF calibration is lean by .1 lambda. Clean up the MAF cal and the load will come up and MAP will go down. After that you will need to raise load targets to hit the same power level that you are seeing today.

The first step in tuning is to calibrate the MAF!

yes with the stock hi load map

I'll calibrate the MAF and see what changes after doing that. Thanks again!

OK I have now done some logging and tried to pick out points where MAF and throttle are somewhat steady.

MAF LTFT-% STFT-% sum-%
1,12 20,3 11,7 32 idle
1,45 9,4 0 9,4
1,67 9,4 -0,8 8,6
1,71 9,4 0 9,4
1,76 9,4 3,2 12,6
1,81 9,4 -5,5 3,9
1,85 9,4 -0,8 8,6
1,97 9,4 -3,9 5,5
2,01 5,5 0 5,5
2,1 5,5 -1,6 3,9
2,22 5,5 -0,3 5,2
2,25 5,5 -2,3 3,2
2,26 5,5 -1,6 3,9
2,31 5,5 -2,3 3,2
2,31 5,5 0,8 6,3
2,39 5,5 -0,8 4,7
2,43 5,5 3,1 8,6
2,44 8,6 -2,3 6,3
2,44 5,5 0 5,5
2,67 5,5 -0,8 4,7
2,71 5,5 -0,3 5,2
2,83 8,6 -0,3 8,3
3,19 5,5 25 30,5 acceleration but "steady" MAF
3,26 5,5 17,3 22,8 acceleration but "steady" MAF
3,63 5,5 34,4 39,9 acceleration but "steady" MAF
3,88 5,5 39,1 44,6 acceleration but "steady" MAF

Is this data set sufficient? It's difficult and legally impossible to log with steady higher MAF Volts here...
My problems are with higher flows and MAF Volts at WOT when trims are zeroed anyway. So I guess I can't really know how much to change there.

Should I e.g. increase g/s at idle 30% and say 10% after that until 5 Volts and have another logging drive?

I assume I have to modify MAF calibration 1 and 2 tables? It lets me copy and paste nicely, any way to select all cells and not only those that fit on screen?

Download the attachment, read chapter 4. You won't need the rest unless you're boost tuning.

I'm a little concerned about the 30+% trim at idle. It could indicate a leak somewhere. Check all of your intake piping.
You can usually work out the WOT calibration by doing some 3rd gear WOT pulls. Measure AFR in Lambda to make calculating adjustments easier. Multiplier = 1 + (Actual - Desired).
Example
desired = .800 lambda
actual = 1.000 lambda (leaner than desired)

Multiplier = 1+ (1.000-.800) = 1.2 for a 20% increase in MAF g/s

I always have around -6% at idle, it goes to 0 though as soon as I press the throttle.

Thanks guys, all that makes sense. I just checked clamps and will do some more logging. I have seen the post of Abilor's guide but obviously not read it.
