It's never going to be bang on, anything around .05 is good.
Your maf g/s drops off at 3514 rpm, I would smooth the req load in that area to get a smooth curve. You could probably advance timing a bit as well seeing as KR is minimal.

When setting the BCS base table, there are differences in the logs between 3rd and 4th gear. Does it matter which one we use?

Go with 4th. It's more of a steady state since acceleration is slower in 4th. Ideally you would use a load bearing dyno and hold it at each rpm and load point.

I had kind of guessed that, so had already used 4th. Never hurts to check though.
I raised loads at 25% app and kept them low under that so there's a ramp up, the cars great on the motorway and cruising around and now feels really eager when you press the throttle.

went to a dyno today, made 312.5bhp (~278whp) 372.6lbft was expecting more tbh.
The dyno operator said I wasn't making more than 17psi, my logs show over 20psi? I have attatched a couple of the logged runs plus one on the road and a copy of the tune.
I'm going to do a boost leak check again and the maf cal seems to need a bit more work, My turbo seems to take till 3k now to hit full spool, do you think it's on the way out? and is there anythng I can do from here to raise power?

Thanks for posting. Hmm.. operator's boost curve looks strange and power drops a lot from 4750 upwards... shouldn't it top by 5500 or smthg. Something is not right... Dyno1 curve: MAF curve climbs nicely with no upsets I'm getting but it's somewhat low, MAF cal should fix that (it's a bit lean). No real KR. Boost at 5500 rpm about 1,18 bar. Proper timing values by 5500 as well. Your turbo seems to need plenty of WGDC to keep the boost.

According to that graph, my boost (bottom green line) never hit 1.1 bar that scale is on the right and goes up in increments of .1

Right, I would trust VT log more, though.

You should be spooled way before 4k. Is there an exhaust leak before the turbo or a leaking recirc valve?

What gear were the runs done in? 4th is typically used.

A dyno of a K04 should start with WOT at 2000 and end no later than 6500. It's all done by 6100 usually. You are seeing throttle close at 6300. I left that in the base tunes because there's no point in revving a stock K04 beyond 6500.

Your AFR shoots way lean at 6500. What pump internals do you have?
