Re: 3.5 map sensor boost reading
Hey I'm having the same issue, getting p0069 when using the 3 bar map sensor. Am I not doing something correctly?
thanks
thanks
Re: 3.5 map sensor boost reading
We're not sure if you're doing something incorrectly but assuming that you flashed a new tune with the MAP sensor calibration in then most probably the MAP sensor either doesn't have the plugs pushed all the way in or there's some issue with the harness or sensor itself.

I will recheck the connections. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing a step

Re: 3.5 map sensor boost reading
connections are fine. I don't get the error with my stock sensor. maybe the pNP pigtail is bad or the sensor. not sure which at this point. anyone have the wiring diagram for the PNP harness?

Just a quick reply check you have the boxes filled the right way around, I had the right values but two where round the wrong way bud

I will check again. But I almost certain I did it correctly.

Re: 3.5 map sensor boost reading
Okay I recheck my numbers and they appear to be right. I purchased a new sensor and I'm still getting the same code. I missing something here but don't know what it is. Can some attached a screen print of what they are using? Maybe it is the harness that is causing the problem but I want to eliminate user error.
thanks
thanks

Please export and post the tune that you are using, so that we can check it.

Here is the tune
I just made a change to the scalar A and changed it to 296. Haven't driven it yet but will later today

Re: 3.5 map sensor boost reading
What was it set to before?
What is the part number of the sensor you are using? For Bosch 0 281 002 845 it's best to use the multiplier 65.7777 and the offset 5.4444.
Your values add up to something similar: 296 * 0.2 = 65.12, offset 5.4444.
Try setting your base multiplier to 65.7777 and the second multiplier to 1, leave offset at 5.4444 and see if that fixes the problem.
