Hi,
as you may know, serveral 2.2 skyactiv-D engines suffers from an annoying vibration in 6th gear in the 2200-2500 rpm range (from about 120 to 150 km/h, with the standard ECU mapping (150 CV)).
I flashed the 175 CV map, which has improved the situation, now sometimes I have some vibrations, sometimes not, even though I can't understand what makes the difference.
Do you think flashing the base or the stage 1 performance map would improve the situation, given the higher torque values?
Thank you,
GM

Re: Best tune for solving vibration problems
Hey mate,
How's going with the 175 upgrade from 150 ? I have the 150 with autobox / AWD and I would like to upgrade to 175.
Thanks for your time.

Hi, it went well, now I've installed the base tune which adds a little more torque and horsepower...

Thank you,
I am guessing I will tune it with one of my mates who does ecu programming, i.e. a guy works at Contitech in Romania and he does low level programming for car ecu's, I'll take my chances with him
and I will post results as well.
